What Happens to Your Old Furniture When You Move

Resale, reuse, recycling or removal - how an office gets cleared responsibly, and how it can offset the cost of new furniture.

  3. Hand the space back clean

Moving into a new office usually means leaving an old one empty. Landlords expect it broom-swept, and furniture cannot just go in a dumpster.

Resale first

Quality furniture has value. We quote on what you are leaving behind, and that offer can offset the cost of your new furniture.

Recycle what cannot be reused

Steel, aluminum and many plastics are recyclable. What cannot be reused is recycled wherever possible.

Hand the space back clean

  • Dismantle and remove everything agreed
  • Coordinate elevator and dock time with the building
  • Leave the floor broom-swept for your landlord

The same crew can empty the old floor and furnish the new one.
