Liquidation stock is priced low because of how it reaches us, not because of what it is. Some of it is brand new and still boxed – distributor overstock, discontinued finishes, cancelled orders. The rest comes out of offices we clear. Either way it is commercial-grade furniture, it is in the warehouse now, and there is only as much of it as there is.

New, Still Boxed
Distributors and manufacturers reach a point where storing a line costs more than it earns – a finish gets discontinued, a big order is cancelled, a warehouse has to be emptied. We take the lot. That furniture has never been installed; it simply skipped the showroom.

Whole-Office Buy-Outs
When a business closes, merges or downsizes, we buy the floor outright rather than cherry-picking a few desks. That is why used stock arrives in matching sets – twenty of the same workstation, a full boardroom, a floor of identical task chairs – instead of the mismatched singles you find on classified ads.

Clearing Out? We Buy
If you are the one moving out, this works in your favor. We quote on what you are leaving behind, dismantle it, remove it and hand the space back broom-swept for your landlord – often offsetting the cost of your new furniture. The same crew can empty the old floor and furnish the new one.

Checked Before It Sells
Anything pre-owned is inspected before it reaches the floor: mechanisms tested, surfaces cleaned, damaged parts swapped or the piece pulled. Panels can be re-covered and work surfaces refinished on request. New stock is checked against the packing list and sold as it came.
Questions We Get Asked
Is liquidation furniture new or used?
Both. Some of it is brand new and still boxed – distributor overstock, discontinued finishes and cancelled orders. The rest comes out of offices we clear, and is inspected before it sells.
Why does used stock come in matching sets?
We buy whole floors when a business closes, merges or downsizes, rather than a few desks at a time – so you find twenty of the same workstation or a full boardroom, not mismatched singles.
Do you buy office furniture?
Yes. If you are moving out, we quote on what you are leaving behind, dismantle and remove it, and hand the space back broom-swept for your landlord.
How do I find out what is in stock?
Stock changes constantly and there is only as much as there is, so call us or stop by the warehouse – or tell us what you need and we will keep an eye out.
