Information on this site
We work to keep the site accurate, but product descriptions, specifications, availability and prices can change and may contain errors. Photos show the kind of furniture and work we offer; some are illustrative rather than of a specific item or job, and colors and finishes vary by screen and by lot. Nothing on the site is a binding offer.
Quotes, prices and deals
- A price on the site, or an estimate given by phone, chat or email, is not a contract. Work and orders are confirmed only by a written quote or agreement from us that you accept.
- Hot Deals, liquidation and pre-owned stock are offered while quantities last and may sell before we hear from you. Unless we put it in writing, pre-owned furniture is sold as-is, as described and shown at the time of sale.
- Delivery, installation, taxes and any building requirements (elevator reservations, after-hours access, permits) are set out in your quote.
- If a price is listed in error, we may correct it before an order is confirmed.
Appointments and consultations
Requesting an appointment through the site does not confirm it – we will contact you to agree a time. Please let us know as early as you can if you need to reschedule.
Your written agreement comes first
Furniture sales, installation, relocation and other services are governed by the quote, invoice or agreement for that job, including its warranty, payment and liability terms. If those documents and these website terms differ, the job documents control.
Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site – for example by sending spam or false requests, trying to get into parts of the site you are not authorized to use, interfering with how it works, copying it in bulk by automated means, or using it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The text, photos, graphics, logos and design of this site belong to R&D Installations or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but not copy, republish or use our name or logos without our written permission. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe products; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless stated.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date; using the site after that means you accept the update.
