A smooth install day is the result of everything that happened before it. Here is what goes on behind the scenes, and what you can do to help.
Receiving and staging
Deliveries come to our warehouse first. We check every carton for damage and shortages, chase anything missing with the supplier, and stage it all by floor and room.
Protect, then build
The crew protects floors, walls and elevators, brings in furniture in the order it will be built, and works from the approved plan.
How you can help
- Clear the space of boxes and old furniture we are not removing
- Confirm electricians and data installers are scheduled around us
- Name one person who can make decisions on site
The walk-through
Before we leave we walk the floor with you, check every drawer, lock and adjustment, and clear away the packaging.
